WELCOME TO THE CHARLOTTENBERG ESTATE
Here is our short wish list for your stay and some good to know stuff for the Conference House (the bigger house) and the Annex (the smaller house).

DOGS & CAT
Please don’t feed the Dogs. They are on special diet and will be very sick.
And, please, the animals are not allowed to go into the house!
GRAVEL ROAD
When approaching horses. Stay or drive very, very slow.
By the houses north and south of our house, please keep 30kmh.
GATE
It closes automatically after about 25 seconds, so if it has started to close, don’t try to pass because it will not stop!
HOT WATER
If you are many people it will last if you take short power showers.
COLD WATER
The water comes from a steam running 65m under ground. It’s been tested for all kind om chemicals and the result was superior. Very drinkable!
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE
This is a non smoking house! We also appreciate if you don’t use candles or try to use the fire place (the chimney is plugged).
NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE
The floor is over 100 years old and painted so it will be ruined.
GARBAGE
Outside by the gate you should use bin marked 3. Note that all garbage in that bin has to be within a plastic bag.
DOORS
– Conference house (Big house): The code is on the white board.
In case of rain please keep them closed.
And if you leave them un attended there is a fair chance that some
unwanted small creatures find their way in. No fun…
– Annex house (small house): Use the key up to the left by the entrance.
OUTDOOR BBQ AREA
Both houses: It’s yours to use and to use the grill. Make sure it’s not left with any fire hazard and clean it when you are ready. Water hose is on the façade facing the barn on the Annex.
TV
– Conference house: Instructions is on the white board.
– Annex house: Switch on the button to the left of the entrance. Wait a little while and then use the apple TV remote.
WIFI
Conference house: Instructions is on the white board.
Annex: Instructions is on the paper under the TV

HEATING
Conference house: All rooms has radiators. Turn them on if necessary. They are electrical so don’t cover – fire hazard.
The main heating comes from the aricond in the kitchen. Let us know if you need it turned on.
Annex: The main heating comes from the aricond above the window. Let us know if you need it turned on.

We are very greatful if you don’t drive or walk outside of our house.
